Everyone always wants to look young and beautiful. However, the years go by, a person ages, and with it his skin. Are there any effective methods for skin rejuvenation? Yes, there are such methods, and in this article we will discuss some of them.
Non-surgical skin rejuvenation
Skin rejuvenation can be done surgically or non-surgery. Non-surgical rejuvenation is less painful and with it, the skin is rehabilitated faster. It also leaves no scars or scars on the skin after using non-surgical methods. Among these non-surgical methods are facial peels, botox, lifting masks, biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid, and mesotherapy. Let's consider each one separately:
1. Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a complex procedure that aims to improve metabolic function and blood circulation in the skin layers. This procedure makes the skin more elastic and improves its color. Already after the first procedure, the wrinkles disappear in a person, and the skin condition improves. After undergoing all the mesotherapy, one will forever forget about skin problems.
2. Botox.
Botox is a substance that smooths wrinkles and improves facial contours. It is injected using a special injection under the skin. It acts on the nerve endings in the facial muscles, putting them to sleep, due to which the skin is smoothed and elastic. However, Botox is not recommended for those who are allergic to various drugs.
3. Lifting the mask
Lifting masks are one of the least harmful methods of skin rejuvenation. They help tighten the skin and provide freshness. The lifting mask is made by an experienced cosmetologist, who also, in combination with it, performs facial massage, which allows you to completely smooth and remove wrinkles.
4. Biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid
This skin rejuvenation method includes a procedure using hyaluronic acid. These acids significantly improve the function of skin cells, improve their color, and also saturate the skin with the necessary moisture. Biorevitalization with hyaluronic acid is one of the least harmful ways to rejuvenate facial skin. Hyaluronic acid helps soothe the skin, heals acne scars, and smoothes wrinkles.
5. Exfoliation
Facial exfoliation is a procedure aimed at rejuvenating facial skin, removing minor surface irregularities, and smoothing fine wrinkles. Exfoliation can be done at home and is an excellent skin aging deterrent. This is the cheapest and easiest way of skin rejuvenation.
Apart from this common skin rejuvenation method, there are two more popular, but more expensive, methods - photorejuvenation and fractional laser rejuvenation.
Photo rejuvenation
Photorejuvenation consists of using procedures that correct age-related changes due to skin regeneration. Thanks to it, you can effectively and very quickly remove wrinkles, improve the general condition of the skin and significantly increase its elasticity. Photo rejuvenation takes place in a special room with special equipment. The essence of the procedure is as follows: the light from the source of the pulse is directed to the problem areas of the skin, which are absorbed by the skin cells and turn into heat. Then this heat destroys or destroys old cells or substances in them.
For example, there may be so-called age spots on facial skin which is detrimental to the skin condition. These cells contain melanin, which is affected by light. Additionally, light acts on problematic skin cells where vascular formations or excess oxyhemoglobin are present, destroying them. In addition, the energy from the impulse source destroys old collagen in skin cells and initiates new synthesis. Thus, the skin's natural regeneration takes place. This procedure significantly improves skin tone and condition, as well as removes wrinkles and age spots permanently.
Fractional laser rejuvenation
Laser skin resurfacing is somewhat similar to surgical skin resurfacing, but it has a lower rate of skin trauma, and also has no side effects. The essence of laser rejuvenation lies in the point of damage to the area of the skin, which creates a microthermal zone. The microthermal zone is surrounded by an area of healthy, intact skin cells. Because of them, the entire surface was restored and all damaged areas were completely rehabilitated. In the damaged area, new collagen and elastin are formed, which contribute to smoothing and rejuvenating the skin. Laser correction of the skin permanently removes age spots, smooths wrinkles, and also removes scars after acne.
This procedure is quite effective and painless, but it has contraindications for some groups of people. It is contraindicated for pregnant women, those with serious skin diseases, cancer and blood diseases. In this case, you should not be satisfied with laser skin resurfacing.
